About

Rosita Alamdar

Systemic Family Therapist

Since 2015 I have accompanied individuals, couples and families on their path – with mindfulness, clarity and genuine interest in your story.

My roots in the fine arts and my systemic training shape how I see things: I see the person in the context of their relationships – not the problem alone. I am currently pursuing a doctorate at the Medical University of Vienna.

It matters deeply to me to create a trusting, appreciative space in which you feel safe. I work in German, English and Persian – and especially accompany themes around migration, integration and cultural identity.

My approach

What systemic therapy means

In systemic therapy we look not just at a single symptom, but at the whole web of relationships you live in. Problems often arise and dissolve within our connections – that is exactly where we begin, resource-oriented and without judgement.

The person in context

We understand concerns in connection with relationships, roles and life story – never in isolation.

Who it is for

For individuals, couples and families – with conflict, crises, transitions or a wish for change.

How a session works

In calm conversation, with questions that open new perspectives. You set the pace and the depth.

What you can expect

A safe, non-judgemental space where you are heard and new room for action emerges.
